Reservations, Modifications
& Cancellations
You can book directly through our website or one of our trusted booking partners. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Yes, modifications are possible depending on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible with your booking details, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the experience and the booking platform used. Please refer to the cancellation terms shown at the time of booking or in your confirmation email.
If you expect to be late, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, late arrivals may result in a shortened experience or, in some cases, cancellation without a refund.
Yes, of course! You can cancel your reservation by contacting us via WhatsApp or through the contact page on our website.
Cancellations made at least one day before the experience are eligible for a full refund.Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find your confirmation, contact us and we'll be happy to resend it.
Same-day bookings may be available depending on availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Experiences
Most of our experiences are available in English and Japanese.
Each experience lasts approximately 60 minutes, including both our Matcha Experience and Shodo (Japanese Calligraphy) Experience.
If you book our Japanese Culture Discovery Package, the program lasts approximately 2 hours, combining both experiences into one cultural experience.We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, as you'll remove your shoes at the entrance and be seated on traditional Japanese tatami mats throughout the experience. If you have difficulty sitting on the floor, please let us know in advance.
Our experiences are suitable for guests aged 6 and above. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 5.
Yes! You'll create your own Japanese calligraphy artwork during the workshop and take it home as a special souvenir from Kyoto.
Yes! We encourage guests to capture their memories. However, please be respectful of other participants and follow your instructor's guidance.

Our venue is surrounded by some of Kyoto's most famous landmarks. Within walking distance, you can visit Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Sanjusangendo Temple, Kyoto National Museum, and the historic streets of Gion and Higashiyama.
Yes! The neighbourhood is home to charming cafés, traditional tea houses, and local bakeries where you can enjoy a relaxing break before or after your experience.
You'll find a variety of restaurants within walking distance, including traditional Kyoto cuisine, sushi, ramen, udon, izakaya, and cosy local eateries loved by residents.

Just a few minutes from our venue, Shichijo Bridge offers scenic views over the Kamo River and is a favourite spot among locals. It's the perfect place for a relaxing stroll, especially in the early morning or at sunset, before continuing your journey through Kyoto's historic neighbourhoods.
